Our Guarantee
We guarantee 3x visibility growth within 90 days of starting work on your facility. To prove we're on track, we check in at Day 45 — if your facility hasn't reached 1.5x visibility by then, we refund your full setup fee and we part ways. No hard feelings, no hoops to jump through.
What We Measure
"Visibility" means impressions — the number of times your facility appears in Google search results for people searching for storage. This is not the same as website visitors or clicks, which depend on more than just search visibility. We use impressions because it's the number we can directly influence through SEO, and because you can verify it yourself, independently, in your own Google Search Console account — the same data we use.
Before we start work, we record your facility's average daily impressions over the prior 28 days. This is your baseline.
The Day 45 Checkpoint
At Day 45, we compare your trailing 28-day average impressions against your baseline. If your visibility has reached 1.5x your baseline, you continue forward at your plan's standard monthly rate. If it hasn't, we refund your full setup fee, and no further payment is required.
The Day 90 Goal
If you passed the Day 45 checkpoint, we continue working toward the full 90-day goal: 3x your baseline visibility. We'll keep working with you past Day 90 if needed to help you continue growing, at your standard monthly rate.
Google Indexing Delays
Occasionally, Google is slow to index new or updated pages, through no fault of our work. This happens on fewer than 1% of the sites we work on, most often with newer websites.
If we find that Google has not indexed your key pages by Day 45 despite valid, correct submission on our end, we will notify you before your checkpoint date — not after — and your review dates will move to Day 60 for the 1.5x goal and Day 120 for the 3x goal. We'll show you the specific evidence of the indexing delay (via Google Search Console) before this exception applies.
What We Need From You
For the guarantee to remain valid, we ask that you:
- Grant us the access we need to your website, Google Business Profile, and Google Search Console.
- Avoid making unapproved changes to your site or its content during the trial period, and avoid having a third party do so, without checking with us first.
- Respond to reasonable requests for information or approvals in a timely manner.
If access is delayed or changes outside our control affect your site's performance, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution before applying the standard guarantee terms.
How Refunds Work
If your setup fee is refunded, we process it within 7 business days to your original payment method. You won't be charged anything further, and there's no obligation to continue working with us.
